1938 CARNEGIE HALL CONCERT

For the first time in Sydney, fourteen of Australia's leading jazz musicians will re-create the full program of the historic Benny Goodman 1938 Carnegie Hall Concert.

BORN TO ROCK

‘Born to Rock’ brings to life the Roy Orbison legend in a sensational live concert featuring Marty Rhone and Dean Bourne. Audiences loved their sell out tour in 09 and they will once again be blown away by the sheer energy and excitement of Marty Rhone and the amazing voice and likeness of Dean Bourne to the Rock n Roll legend Roy Orbison.

Audiences will hear all of the Big O’s huge hits including Pretty Woman, Crying, Only the Lonely and Marty Rhone will perform his hits including Denim & Lace, A Mean Pair of Jeans, On the Loose Again and the hits of great artists he has performed with in an illustrious career. These include hits by the Bee Gees, the Rolling Stones, the Searchers and many more and the two will perform the rock classics together on stage in a memorable concert lasting over two hours. PETER COUSENS IN CONCERT

One of Australia’s most acclaimed Musical Theatre stars is coming to norths for one show only. Peter Cousens has played the Phantom in Phantom of the Opera on London’s West End as well as lead roles in some of Australia’s most successful productions including Les Miserables, West Side Story, Miss Saigon, Aspects of Love, Show Boat, Camelot, Fiddler on the Roof and many many more. Peter will light up the stage with all the songs that you know and love. Truly a night not to be missed.

Peter will be accompanied by Mr Guy Noble on the piano and will be performing in support of The Peters Family Foundation (www.helppetersfamily.com). Also appearing will be the St Mary’s Male Voice Choir, Mr. Craig Donnell, members of Willoughby Theatre Company and more!

Broadway & Beyond Tour

GARY PUCKETT

Gary Puckett and the Union Gap was one of the most successful musical groups of the sixties. Gary's unmistakable voice gathered a swag of consecutive gold records and Top 10 Billboard. Gary is one of the few artists whole first five releases went gold - not even Elvis accomplished this. So successful were that in 1968, they sold more records than any other recording act, including the Beatles - and now after all these years the legend himself comes to norths with his live show for one night only.
